MOVIE NEWS – The popular crime series features Catherine Willows and Greg Sanders in its new episodes, who also starred in the original CSI. Fans are eagerly awaiting the reunion of the old team, which is now teased by preview images.

CSI: Vegas is the continuation of the series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, which ran for 15 seasons on CBS. The spinoff started in 2021 and featured two original characters, Gil Grissom (William Petersen) and Sara Sidle (Jorja Fox), in the first season. Although they both left the series before season 2, the guest stars show that the show is still committed to bringing back old characters.

TV Insider recently shared some first looks from the next episode of CSI: Vegas season 2, in which Catherine Willows (Marg Helgenberger), the CSI assistant supervisor and Greg Sanders (Eric Szmanda), the DNA expert meet each other. Willows and Sanders played important roles in the original series, and many fans liked them. The images show that Willows returns to the crime scene investigation and is excited to help her teammates in Vegas. Sanders enjoys his work and chats with Willows.

CSI: Vegas not only brings back old characters, but also introduces new experts who solve crimes with the latest technology. The main cast of season 2 includes Maxine Roby (Paula Newsome), the CSI director, Josh Folsom (Matt Lauria), the crime scene investigation leader, Allie Rajan (Mandeep Dhillon), the DNA expert, Hugo Ramirez (Mel Rodriguez), the autopsy leader and Harriet Cho (Jamie McShane), the ballistic expert.
