PlayStation Network: the Sony Top List has been Leaked!

We can see which games generated the most money on Sony’s network until June 2023, and also how many downloads the title in question generated. There’s a complete top list and some interesting results, no doubt about it.

On the ResetEra forum, a user called Red Kong XIX leaked which game had sold the most copies up to June last year. Not a big surprise, so we’ll write it down: it was Marvel’s Spider-Man from Insomniac Games (nearly $316 million, almost 8.5 million downloads). We’ll just write down the top 20 out of over 580:

So there are two baseball games in the top 20, but apart from those, Spider-Man, God of War, The Last of Us and Horizon are mostly in the top half of the list, with Gran Turismo and Uncharted in the middle. Days Gone generated $100 million on the PlayStation Network alone, and that’s not blockbuster enough for Sony? Bloodborne’s result (and Death Stranding’s) is a bit surprising, and Ratchet & Clank didn’t do very well…
