MOVIE NEWS – Subservience revolves around a well-known theme, this time starring M3GAN – sorry, Megan Fox.

Megan Fox has not been one of Hollywood’s most sought-after actresses for quite a few years now. However, the former Transformers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles star is still adding new projects to his resume. Now on the horizon was a sci-fi thriller that would literally turn him into a killing machine. The film’s title is Subservience, and you can find the trailer at the end of the article.

So far, very little is known about Subservience. The synopsis of the film reads:

“Alice is a lifelike artificially intelligent android, who can take care of any family and home. Looking for help with the housework, a struggling father purchases Alice after his wife becomes sick. Alice suddenly becomes self-aware and wants everything her new family has to offer, starting with the affection of her owner – and she’ll kill to get it.”

As you can already guess, Subservience does not stand out regarding technical quality. It aims to take us to a world like Detroit: Become Human or I, Robot, where these types of androids are part of our everyday lives.

Many people also see some similarities in the premise with the M3GAN horror blockbuster, whose protagonist is a humanoid robot doll.

This movie also follows the trend of deadly androids like Ex Machina, one of the best sci-fi movies of the 21st century. We’ll see how it performs. The thriller is directed by S. K. Dale, who already worked with Fox in Till Death. Michele Morrone and Madeline Zima also star. It will be released in the United States on September 13 this year.
