Clock Tower’s spiritual successor, NightCry, received a lot of attention after debuting on Kickstarter late last year. After a few teaser videos, we finally received a gameplay trailer, and it will freak you out for sure.

The game follows a traditional point-and-click interface, which is similar to that of the original SNES Clock Tower, while it is aiming at finding items and hiding, as opposed to confronting the dreaded Scissorman. (Feels a bit like Alien Isolation to me…) The game also promises multiple characters and branching storylines, which can lead to multiple endings.
