New details popped up about the upcoming PS4 2.50 firmware

Last time we wrote about the leaked infos of the 2.50 firmware -called Yukimura – coming soon to PlayStation 4, even then it looked very promising… but now, even more serious details have leaked about it.

One new thing is going to be the possibility to save our save games, game files or applications to an external storage device. It’s something similar to PS Vita’s backup system. It is really going to be a great addition.

The other batch of additions will help disabled players to have the best experience as possible: the appearance of text-to-speech, zooming, colors’ inversion, making text bold and bigger, closed captions…

You can also upgrade from a sub-account to a master account directly through your PS4 if you pass the age of 18, you will be able to upload videos to Dailymotion via the Share button, and the Facebook friend search is also going to be implemented. Sony still hasn’t given a release date, but they confirmed that they still work on the firmware.
