All aboard the Resident Evil port-train! [VIDEO]

Capcom continues their current generation porting after the release of the RE1 and Zero, We have to point out the word „porting” – we aren’t talking about the remake of the second game! Instead, Capcom announced something else.

They are porting no less than THREE Resident Evil games (namely, 4, 5, and 6) over the course of 2016 to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One! This is how Capcom celebrates the twentieth birthday of Resident Evil.

First, 6 will arrive on March 29, followed by a Summer 2016 release for 5 and a Fall 2016 launch for 4, respectively. The price is 20 dollars/20 euros/16 pounds for each game. 6 and 5 will arrive in complete form with all DLCs and costumes. There will be a disc release, but it’s not confirmed for Europe yet.

The joke is that Resident Evil 4 is already available on the following platforms: GC, PS2, PC, Wii, mobile, Zeebo (Brazilian console), iPhone, iPad, PS3, X360, Android, PC (Ultimate HD) – isn’t this too much, Capcom? You can read our review of classic Resident Evil 6 here.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
