Croteam of Serious Sam fame has launched their first-person view puzzle game The Talos Principle on the PS4 last October after the December 2014 PC release. The sequel got silently announced, but not in a regular fashion as you would expect!
We don’t know when, and for what platforms, but The Talon Principle 2 is now in development from what we gathered from the Nordic Games Conference. It’s going to be a little hard to follow, but here goes nothing: Alen Ladavac, a programmer at Croteam, has hinted at the end of his speech that they are working on the new Talos game. Reboot Magazine’s managing director, Damir Đurović tweeted about it. You might write it off as a rumor if it ended right there, but Croteam retweeted Đurović’s tweet.
This move can be regarded as a silent confirmation with the chance of hearing more about Talos 2 at the E3.
All we can do now is wait for more details. The first game wasn’t too shabby, and the Croatians are also working on Serious Sam 4 if we can believe Đurović…
