For Honor Drops Player Base Massively!

A number of players in this title are freefalling at a ridiculous rate.

It’s not exaggerating to say that if your AAA game loses ninety-five (yes, that is 95) percent of players just four months after its release on PC/Steam, then it is a massively disappointing performance. This is the case of Ubisoft’s For Honor.

Previously, we wrote how just two weeks after the game’s launch, a number of players dropped to half, and before that, 36% of the players dropped out from the open beta to the game’s launch. The latter case is understandable: the beta was free, although the drop is too significant in this case.

GitHyp says that the fall on Steam (uPlay is not involved!) is even worse than what The Division encountered, and not even the first major DLC helped the situation: a number of players jumped from 2200 to 4700 for a while, only to drop back to pre-DLC levels.

Let us repeat it: the game hasn’t even been available for four months.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
