Assassin’s Creed To Receive An Anime Series!

MOVIE NEWS – Adi Shankar will start another project aside from his Castlevania animated series.

Indeed, it is not going to be a live-action movie – Shankar said the following on Facebook: „[…] I played the first edition of Assassin’s Creed the year I moved to Los Angeles to pursue my dream. At that moment I knew no one in the industry and could never have imagined that one day Ubisoft would ask me to take the world of Assassin’s Creed and create an original story set in it as an anime series. […]”

The producer, who previously worked on Dredd, Lone Survivor, The Voices, and much more, will work together with Ubisoft, as they will be involved in the project, too.

While we have no idea about the cast, premiere date, the amount of episodes, and the platform(s), it’s good to see Ubisoft use its franchise outside games as well.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
