The PlayStation Network Is Slow Today, And It's Not Your Fault!

The services are slow today, and we can’t do much about it.

In case you picked up Destiny 2 yesterday and you couldn’t join servers easily (or at the usual pace), it’s not your fault! Multiple social websites, such as Reddit is discussing that everything that requires internet connection on your PlayStation 4 has become ridiculously slow, including friends lists, and account management.

Even Destiny 2 „got the short end of the stick,” but Sony knows about the issue. On the status page of the PlayStation Network, you can see that Gaming and Social square is now red. „You may have some difficulty launching games, applications, or online features. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and we thank you for your patience,” the message reads.

We just can’t get a break from issues with a hyped AAA game, ever…
