The Witcher series has already sold 33 million games

With included expansions, The Witcher 3 has entered up to 15 times more than The Witcher 2.

A year ago we informed of how The Witcher series had surpassed the 25 million games sold. Now we have a new demand data on the successful CD Projekt saga. As reported by the Polish study, the franchise is already above the 33 million copies purchased by users.

In the balance of the last fiscal year, CD Projekt has also shown some interesting charts where the tremendous success of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt about previous deliveries is reported. Thus, The Witcher 3 has managed to generate 11 times more revenue than The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, up to fifteen times more if we add the gains for expansions. The second installment exceeds, in turn, four times what was obtained by the original The Witcher released in 2007 for PC.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
