BioMutant gives clues about how its climate works

In Experiment 101 they want to do something similar to Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

One of the key aspects of an RPG when it comes to building an immersive universe is climate, and in Experiment 101 they have very clear ideas about what they want to achieve with Biomutant. As they drop into a conversation with the official British PlayStation magazine, they look for something at least partially inspired by Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

“We have a dynamic climate,” said one of the company’s spokespersons. “So it can be cold at any time, for example, in areas with water it can freeze to the ice and become an ‘Oh, now I can cross the river’ situation.”

“As for the orography, some peaks will be unattainable if we do not have a mount that can climb a stone wall, or you can get a bionic arc and shoot an arrow that serves as a stepping stone, there are many ways to explore.”

Our skills in Biomutant will also determine the appearance of the hero.
