The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt: The PlayStation 4 HDR Patch Is Still Not Done!

CD Projekt RED is slowly becoming a comedy with the HDR-support!

We wrote multiple times about how CD Projekt RED keeps pushing back the PlayStation 4 (Pro) HDR patch, which is still not complete. The comedy continues: Marcin Momot, the developers’ community lead wrote the following on Twitter: „[The] PlayStation 4 Pro HDR patch is still very much in development. Because we’ve discovered some additional bugs along the way, we need more time to finish it. We don’t want to compromise the quality of the update, so we would like to ask you for a bit more patience.”

So is HDR buggy? We can’t even guess what the problem could be, as Momot added that they will „share the full changelog with the release of the patch.”

It’s an unbelievable scenario, especially from CD Projekt RED. Are they this committed to making Cyberpunk 2077? (Or did Microsoft pay them? The Xbox One X already has HDR-support…)
