It was a little bit surprising that we didn’t see Red Dead: Redemption 2 at Sony’s E3 2018 conference. Now we know why.

Based on Sony’s and Rockstar Games‘ relationship and partnership most people safely assumed that we were going to see something at Sony’s E3 press conference from Red Dead: Redemption 2. However, it didn’t happen – at least for the public. Because the game was actually at E3 and there was a behind closed doors demo that only people from the press were allowed to see – at least based on Eurogamer’s reports.

If the rumours are true, that means that we will possibly see some gameplay from it soon – possibly the same or similar gameplay that was shown at E3 behind closed doors. After all, the game will release soon and this is the time when the publisher really needs to focus on the marketing – also Take-Two doesn’t expect any more delays regarding Red Dead.

Red Dead: Redemption 2 will release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2018, October 26th.
