He’s going to die once again, but this time, it’s going to be us who kill him…
Warner and IO Interactive confirmed a few days ago that Sean Bean, who tends to die regularly in films, will be one of the Hitman 2 Elusive Targets. Now, a few screenshots were published of his character named Mark Faba. He was formerly an MI5 agent who turned an assassin with the nickname „The Undying,” due to him being a master of imitating his death. This bio seems to be a reference to the James Bond: Goldeneye movie where he was an MI6 agent, as well as the main antagonist. (We don’t know why the name is changed to MI5, though – did the British Secret Intelligence Service have a problem with using the name?) The Undying mission, featuring Bean, will be available from November 20 for only ten days.
A widely remembered item will also make a return in Hitman 2. Let’s see the press release: „Due to popular demand, the fan-favourite briefcase will make a triumphant return in Hitman 2, allowing Agent 47 to conceal a wide range of items beyond a sniper rifle. The new and improved briefcase can now be utilised to render opposition unconscious through blunt force, distract potential eyewitnesses and through clever manipulation, it can be used to have oblivious adversaries import highly volatile or sensitive items into otherwise guarded areas.”
Hitman 2 will launch on November 13 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
