However, Christoper Robin isn’t planned to be part of the game…
Kingdom Hearts III expands with another world and its characters – during Microsoft’s X018 event, Square Enix announced via a trailer that Winnie The Pooh, as well as the 100 Acre Wood, would be part of the JRPG which will have several other Disney characters/world. The Wood will have several puzzle-like minigames. „Sora returns to 100 Acre Wood with Kingdom Hearts III! Check out additional gameplay revealing Sora’s team-up attacks with Rapunzel and Captain Jack Sparrow. Watch the forces of light and darkness gather as the battle for Kingdom Hearts approaches,” Square Enix‘ overview says.
Although Winnie the Pooh looks somewhat unusual in 3D (we got used to his 2D looks from the cartoon „The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh” from the late 80s, early 90s!), the game doesn’t. Kingdom Hearts III‘s launch isn’t far off: its Western start will be on January 29 (four days after the Japanese release date) on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
