Kingdom Hearts III’s Director Is Disappointed In The Leaks! [VIDEO]

Tetsuya Nomura is reconsidering simultaneous releases for his next games (meaning there’s not a lot of difference between the Japanese and the Western launch dates).

Siliconera translated Nomura’s interview on Famitsu, where he said the following: „The only thing that really disappointed me about everything, is that it [the leaks] brought sad thoughts to people who were looking forward to Kingdom Hearts 3. The risk [for leaks] is higher with simultaneous worldwide releases, and because of this incident, I can’t help but reconsider what I’ll do for my next games – including simultaneous worldwide releases of physical copies at the very least.”

Nomura refrered to the disappointment caused by one source leaking four copies of the game, and with the next games, we can’t help but think that he meant Final Fantasy VII Remake, whose first episode still doesn’t have a release window announced yet…

Kingdom Hearts III got a nearly 3.5-minute gameplay overview video, and since Square Enix/Disney‘s RPG has launched today in Japan on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, we should surf carefully on the Internet until the Western release on January 29…
