The Starladder Berlin Major is has entered the New Champion Stage and now the real fun begins!

Bovada sports and Bookmaker have odds on all the Starladder CS: GO matches. Right Now Vitality is the favorite to win -1.5 maps over AVANGAR. In map one they are favored -3.5 rounds. The same odds go for both Maps two and three.

The battle that will take place between Ence and Renegades is interesting. Ence is a huge money line favorite, but there is a serious gap between the money line odds and the spread on rounds. Ence is favored to win -1.5 maps but at odds of even money +100. This would indicate cov that they must win two out of three maps, which means they would cash in as the straight-up money line winners. But Renegades is -130 toer +1.5 meaning if they win just 1 map, they cash in for their backers. I love this. I believe that Renegades will take Ence to the edge and make them play all three maps.

Furthermore, Renegades are slight favorites to keep each map under a four-loss margin. Odds like these show that this is going to be a highly competitive matchup between these two Champion Stage teams. Ence might advance, but I love the odds on Renegades to keep it tight.

Team Liquid has been insanely dominant over the last few months, finally dethroning Astralis as the top team in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. And although they are the favorites to advance over Astralis, -138 odds are pretty slim. This means that they have been installed as favorites, but the boys in Vegas don’t have tons of confidence that they are the sure thing.

A sure thing is that Astralis will win at least one map during their showdown with Team Liquid. In fact, Bookmaker has them listed at -295 to cover +1.5 maps. These odds imply a probability of 74.7 percent. That’s pretty high. Astralis is also favored to go down swinging. For each map, they are slight favorites to keep their losses to a maximum of two rounds per map. So, even though Liquid is favored to win, the spread is -2.5 which means that Team Liquid has to win the map by three rounds. However, the odds favor Astralis to keep that down to two or less.

As for NRG and Natus Vincere, this will be another close one. Natus Vincere are slight underdogs in the match (+124), but much like Astralis, they have better odds than NRG at covering the point spread on maps and rounds. NaVi is -255 to take at least one map off of NRG  and are -125 in both maps one and two to keep the separation to just two rounds. If they indeed do make it to map 3, their rounds odds jump to -140 to keep NRG from winning by three or more.

All in all, it really looks like we are going to see at least one upset. So don’t miss out on the upcoming Starladder Major 2019 action!
