Back 4 Blood – Campaign Trailer Released

Back 4 Blood is the spiritual successor from the makers of Left 4 Dead and they have just released a brand new story trailer.

The story trailer shows a couple of cutscenes and new locations and gives the player the origin of the virus, which seems to be an alien parasite that turns people into mutants, and giant monsters.

Back 4 Blood takes place in a world overrun by monsters, mutants and zombies, with the remnants of Humanity rather than trying to flee, are fighting back, trying to take back the Earth.

The game is divided into chapters and acts. Each act in the game has four chapters that the player has to fight through to complete an entire chapter. Currently, it is not known how many acts will be in the full game, but the beta did have two large acts, and the chapters themselves were also long, with each act taking an hour or so to complete fully.

The developers also promise lengthy post-launch support with additional campaign maps, items, and challenges for the future. Plus, they are also working on getting the game to be playable without an internet connection, as currently, it requires one player with three AIs to be always online.

Back 4 Blood will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and on Xbox Gamepass for Xbox consoles and PC.
