An upcoming video demonstrates the close resemblance between the combat system of the highly anticipated Final Fantasy 16 and Capcom’s successful action title, Devil May Cry 5. The similarities between the combat systems of Final Fantasy 16 and Devil May Cry 5 are not surprising for fans who have been tracking the project’s development. Alongside veteran Square Enix staff members, the developers introduced the combat director of Final Fantasy 16, former Capcom employee Ryota Suzuki. Suzuki’s past works include action-packed titles such as Marvel vs. Capcom 2, Devil May Cry 4, Dragon’s Dogma, and Devil May Cry 5, to name a few.
