After development influenced by the war in Ukraine, GSC Game World can finally say that S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl will be released on September 5.

There is no doubt that GSC Game World has seen one of the most exciting developments the industry has ever seen. This is not S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 is due to personal changes during the making. But the sad consequences of the war in Ukraine. Since the developer is based in the city of Kyiv, the workers there were physically and emotionally affected by the conflict. After all, the game takes place in a Chornobyl exclusion zone where survival is a challenge…

Although the release is still months away, GSC Game World has already provided a playable snippet of the experience to several members of the press.
