Several versions have been submitted to CD Projekt’s DRM-free store, so it’s up to them to decide when the Total Conversion mod for Fallout 4 will be available to the public.
Fallout 4’s London adventure could have been released in the spring, but Bethesda Game Studios caught modders off guard by releasing a current-gen update for Fallout 4 (PlayStation 5/Xbox Series/PC) that required additional work, much like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition. As a result, the April launch window was canceled, and since then, the modders have been working with GOG as the Polish host for the files needed for the mod. The DRM-free store has received several builds (versions) of Fallout London, and if GOG certifies them, they will be released.

“There has been a lot of speculation about our upcoming release, and we wanted to open up and clear the air for our core supporters. The bottom line is that we’ve submitted several builds to GOG for QA testing and are awaiting the final green light. Once they’ve completed the process of double-checking that Fallout London and its installer will work on all supported machines, we should be good to go. (Yes, we do have our own installer and downgrader!) It is in all of our best interests that this final QA process is fully completed, and we are very grateful to GOG for their assistance. While it may seem like not much is going on, we can assure you that the department heads have been working non-stop behind the scenes during this time to make the release build as good as it can be. The end is in sight,” the modders wrote.
Fallout London will require Fallout 4 and all of its DLC. The playable area will be the same size as the base game and Far Harbor DLC. In addition to 53 main missions and 35 side missions, the mod will include 25 faction quests, 64 miscellaneous quests, 16 branching gang quests, 7 companions (five fully voiced with varying relationship levels and unique missions), and over 90,000 lines of dialogue.
This is promising.
