Rooftops & Alleys: Parkour with Pigeons Coming to Consoles! [VIDEO]

Freerunning, parkour and a pigeon are the hallmarks of MLMedia’s game, which is currently in early availability.

Rooftops & Alleys is more than just a game about parkour and freerunning. It’s the adrenaline rush of landing an impossible trick combo, defying gravity and feeling like you’re flying… until you crash face first into a dark alley 30 meters below. Solo or with friends, explore massive parkour-enabled maps with total freedom. Reach every corner of your playground to uncover hidden spots – time trials, trick challenges and more! In multiplayer, dive into game modes like Tag, Capture the Flag, Trick Battles, or just free-roam with your friends!

Explore massive, unique vertical parkour environments. Discover, learn, and master every trick, move, and their endless combo possibilities. Call your pigeon to discover new areas, travel quickly, and plan your routes. Tons of challenges and game modes – play solo or with friends in multiple modes and unlock over 100 customization options for you and your pigeon.

In fact, MLMedia’s game doesn’t seem as polished as, say, Mirror’s Edge (will that be another forgotten IP in the eyes of Electronic Arts?), but MLMedia didn’t make a AAA game, and understandably the budget isn’t that high. But in terms of passion, the indie studio has the edge…

Rooftops & Alleys was released in Early Access on May 21 last year for PC on Steam. When it goes to version 1.0, it will get a new map, a full progression system and, according to MLMedia, even more exciting content. We also know when to expect it, as the developers say it will leave Early Access on June 17. It will also be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch on June 17. There’s been no mention of console ports so far, so that’s news too.
