In fact, the game developed by Super Evil Megacorp will continue to grow, as the studio is planning to release another DLC character.
This is big news for fans of the physical edition! Mark your calendars for October 27. That’s when the Legendary Edition of Splintered Fate will launch on the Nintendo Switch 2. This edition is packed with premium content, including downloadable content that will be revealed soon. This content includes the Casey Jones & the Junkyard Jam expansion, which features a brand-new Junkyard level with intense boss fights and a fresh narrative. Casey Jones will be a playable character in this expansion. Also included are Metalhead and Alopex as playable characters. Take control of Metalhead, Splintered Fate’s first fully ranged fighter. He is a lovable, locked-and-loaded character. Also included is Alopex, a mutant arctic fox and former ninja assassin who became one of the Turtles’ most trusted allies. Both heroes bring their own unique combat styles to the fight; a digital art book: Go behind the scenes with a collection of concept art and final designs for characters, locations, key art, and icons; all free content updates: Experience every free update released to date, including the fan-favorite Arcade Mode.
The developers know how much we love the craft behind their games, so they’re releasing Behind the Scenes of Splintered Fate: The Journey So Far. They gathered the incredible narrative mind of Tom Waltz, co-author of The Last Ronin and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate, and countless other IDW comics, legendary voice actors Yuri Lowenthal and Dominic Catrambone, and the development team to share stories, insights, and behind-the-scenes magic.
This is far from the end of the journey for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate! The developers have some incredibly exciting things in store for us later this summer that they think will delight fans.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate will be released on October 27 for the Nintendo Switch 2 in physical format.
