Saber Interactive’s game has received the free 4K texture pack, but it requires a very hefty configuration!
All you have to do to get it is download it from Steam or the Epic Games Store and restart the game. Before we get to the system requirements, the texture pack is LARGER than the game. The system requirements are also quite a bit higher, so be warned that the recommended system requirements are not even close to the minimum…

And we’re not kidding: early Steam reviews say that you really need a powerful configuration for Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, which looks quite nice with 4K textures. Those who have a powerful configuration will be happy to report it, those who don’t will struggle. One thing users have pointed out is that the 12 GB of VRAM is NOT enough: 16, or rather 24 GB are needed! So try to use a high-end graphics card, otherwise you won’t be able to enjoy this third-person shooter.
Dear players,
We closely read your feedback regarding the latest patch for #SpaceMarine2 and we're actively working on another one including balancing fixes. It should release next week.
Again, thank you for your support.
For the Emperor. ⚔️
