The new Metal Slug Tactics, launching soon, confirms it will also be available on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass on Day 1, allowing players to access it on Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC through Microsoft’s subscription service.

However, don’t expect the familiar run-and-gun experience from previous franchise installments; here, players will need to test their skills as strategists in turn-based tactical combat, akin to other classics like Advance Wars.

In addition to this announcement, Leikir Studio has released an 18-minute gameplay preview, showcasing the unique abilities of various allies in the game. Specifically, three iconic heroes from the Ikari Warriors series—Clark Still, Ralf Jones, and Leona Heindern—join the adventure.

These characters bring powerful and distinctive abilities that help overcome campaign challenges.
