Good times are ahead for fans of the fantasy-action RPG genre! You may have already heard about The Blood of Dawnwalker, the dark fantasy RPG from The Witcher 3 director, which is slowly taking shape. In fact, we’ve already learned early details and a big reveal date. Rebel Wolves, the creators of Dawnwalker, have partnered with Bandai Namco for their next game, securing funding to continue the game.

Yesterday, via X/Twitter, the release date and full title of the dark fantasy RPG written by The Witcher 3 director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz were revealed. The CGI trailer for The Blood of Dawnwalker, whose logo was also shown in the video posted on X (see the end of the article), will be released on January 13th at 10:00 PM. So, we have less than a month to wait to see what the title’s location and characters will be like.

Blood of Dawnwalker will be released on January 13th at 10:00 PM on the Twitch channel “DawnwalkerGame”.

So far, all that has been confirmed is that we are facing a “single-player dark fantasy open-world action RPG” that places a strong emphasis on story and narrative. The game is being developed by the Revel Wolves studio, which has also been joined by veterans from CD Projekt, so we are looking at a work that promises to be of quality.

According to Rebel Wolves, the game will be released for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S at an unspecified date.
