Project Motor Racing: Ian Bell Won’t Give Up! [VIDEO]

Ian Bell’s name might not ring a bell for everyone, but he’s been shaping immersive racing simulators for over twenty years.

Project Motor Racing captures the full spirit of professional motorsports—its passion, elegance, and raw intensity. Players can race across generations with over 70 licensed cars spanning 10 iconic classes and 27 real-world tracks. From today’s cutting-edge LMDh hypercars to the most legendary machines in motorsport history, every vehicle has been recreated with meticulous detail and manufacturer collaboration. Tracks have been laser-scanned for absolute accuracy and realism.

Whether you’re a seasoned sim veteran or stepping into the cockpit for the first time, Project Motor Racing delivers a single-player career mode, online multiplayer events, in-game challenges, and a four-class competitive structure. The new physics engine sets a new standard with incredibly realistic handling and high-fidelity force feedback, built on the mod-friendly Giants Engine 10. Each vehicle’s driving model has been thoroughly tested and validated by brand partners and hundreds of elite racing professionals to ensure precise and authentic performance. The sound design captures the untamed roar of motorsport like never before.

The game also features “living” cockpits, complete with visible G-forces, heat haze, and reactive environments. Technologies like True2Track, dynamic weather systems, adaptive racing lines, drying tracks, and a full 24-hour day/night cycle bring further immersion. Developed by Straight4 Studios, this project has strong credibility, especially when you consider Ian Bell’s background.

Bell made his mark in the mid-2000s with the first two GTR games at SimBin, before founding Slightly Mad Studios and launching Need for Speed: Shift and the Project CARS series. After Codemasters acquired the studio, Bell voiced strong criticism of the direction taken with Project CARS 3 (which he mockingly dubbed Project Cars Sideways) and left the company shortly after.

Now, he returns with a refined simulation experience: Project Motor Racing is set to launch on November 25 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
