Ned Wynert will be one of the quest giving characters, but him being transgender will not affect the story according to creative director Marc-Alexis Côté. The „opening” was already visible earlier, because there are two heroes in the game: the male Jacob and the female Evie Frye. This is a respectable move by Ubisoft.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate release will happen on consoles on October 23 (PlayStation 4, Xbox One – no prev-gen versions of AC anymore!), followed by the November 19 PC release. Hopefully the retail version will not be as problematic, as the preview copy was rumoured to be…
