Techland is going all in this time: not only has it listed the specs for desktop PCs, but it has also detailed laptop requirements for the upcoming Dying Light: The Beast, launching this September.

The Polish studio has set the bar much higher than it did for 2022’s Dying Light 2: Stay Human, indirectly confirming a significant update to the Chrome Engine. The game will feature ray-traced global illumination and reflections, ultra-wide resolution support, and every major upscaling and frame-generation technology: Intel XeSS 2, Nvidia DLSS 4, AMD FSR 3.1, and AMD FSR 4 on select devices. Latency-reduction tools such as Nvidia Reflex 2, AMD AntiLag 2, and Intel Xe Low Latency will also be available, alongside extensive customization options.
