TECH NEWS – The company collected more than 70 media awards for its AI solutions and hardware devices.
HONOR received significant media recognition at this year’s Mobile World Congress. The company earned more than 70 media awards for its vision of extended human intelligence, robotics innovations, flagship foldable devices, and its expanding AI ecosystem.
With the Robot Phone and humanoid robot innovations, HONOR outlined an ambitious research direction in the field of embodied intelligence. The company also expanded its AI-powered device ecosystem with the unveiling of the Magic V6, the MagicPad 4, and the MagicBook Pro 14.
According to Bloomberg, HONOR‘s showcase “set the tone for the mobile industry’s annual summit.” The HONOR Robot Phone drew particular attention at the event, combining embodied AI interaction with robot-level movement and cinematic-quality imaging. Both Reuters and CNBC highlighted the device as a vivid demonstration of how AI-driven hardware can react and move in the physical world. Engadget noted that the Robot Phone was designed to elicit positive human emotions and could function as a kind of miniature personal robot. GadgetMatch observed that the device credibly illustrates how future mobile technology might move, respond, and interact with people, offering something closer to a living companion experience than a static device.
In the foldable category, the HONOR Magic V6 also generated considerable attention. TechRadar said the ultra-thin, IP69-rated device “raised the bar once again,” while Android Authority, Trusted Reviews, and Stuff praised its design, durability, and battery life. GSMArena called it “a milestone in the foldable segment,” noting that it is the first foldable to be built on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 platform and offers greater battery capacity than any predecessor.
For its silicon-carbon battery technology, HONOR also received the Global Mobile (GLOMO) Best Disruptive Device Innovation award at the show. The Magic V6 is the first in the industry to achieve 25% silicon content, enabling greater energy density within an ultra-thin foldable form factor. HONOR also unveiled its next-generation battery innovation at the event: the new HONOR silicon-carbon Blade Battery, featuring 32% silicon content and an energy density of 985 Wh/l.
The HONOR MagicPad 4 and MagicBook Pro 14 also received positive coverage. TechRadar called the MagicPad 4 “the world’s most impressive tablet,” while TechAdvisor gave it 9 out of 10, praising its ultra-thin design and productivity features. Of the MagicBook Pro 14, TechRadar wrote that it represents “a major step forward in almost every respect” in the AI PC category.
