Drawing inspiration from Insomniac’s Battle Reborn suit and claws, the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition – Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition Bundle channels Logan’s unmistakable intensity with its striking yellow finish. The design incorporates Wolverine’s exposed claw marks, allowing players to take a closer look at the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition. The DualSense wireless controller features furious slashes inspired by Wolverine’s claws, giving players a striking way to experience the game in the palm of their hands. The DualSense Wireless Controller – Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition will also be available to purchase separately worldwide.

Sony wanted to capture Wolverine’s primal energy in this new look for the PlayStation 5 console, and collaborating with Insomniac Games and Marvel Games on the design has been fantastic. They collaborated with Jock, the Scottish graphic artist who contributed to the key art for Marvel’s Wolverine, whose work across comics helped inspire the bold, graphic tone of this limited-edition design.

“I wanted to depict Wolverine at his most ferocious for the Marvel’s Wolverine Limited Edition PlayStation 5 Console bundle and accessories. I still draw all my artwork traditionally, so the opportunity to combine cutting-edge hardware with the energy and spontaneity of hand-drawn ink is incredibly exciting. I’m stunned by how well the console and accessories capture the raw energy of the drawing, bringing Wolverine to life in a completely unique way,” said Jock. “His illustrative works have the energy and dynamics needed to capture the kinetic and violent nature of our hero, He primarily interacts with the world using unbreakable adamantium claws. Jock’s illustrations are grounded and raw, and they perfectly personify Wolverine,” added Marcus Smith from Insomniac Games.

If you already own a PlayStation 5 (Slim) or a PlayStation 5 Pro, you will be able to purchase the Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Pro Console Covers directly from PlayStation where direct.playstation.com is available, as well as in limited quantities through select retailers outside of these regions. These covers are available for both PlayStation 5 consoles with and without disc drives. Sony is also revealing another special design for the PlayStation 5 Pro console cover for players looking to channel another side of Wolverine. Inspired by the adamantium bonded to Logan’s skeleton and claws, the PlayStation 5 Pro Console Covers – Marvel’s Wolverine Adamantium Limited Edition feature dramatic claw-slashed details and a premium metallic finish, evoking Wolverine’s raw power and allowing players to peer into the console. A matching DualSense Wireless Controller – Marvel’s Wolverine Adamantium Limited Edition will also be available for separate purchase and features the same metallic finish.

The Marvel’s Wolverine PlayStation 5 Digital Edition bundle and accessories will be available to pre-order from 19 August at 10:00 local time.
