We Were Here Tomorrow: We Won’t Be Here Tomorrow, But Later [VIDEO]

The latest installment in the We Were Here series from Total Mayhem Games has received a release window.

In We Were Here: Tomorrow, two explorers awaken in separate containment pods deep within the mysterious Norcek Facility. Players must work together, guided by the charismatic Director Kathleen Bowe, to overcome increasingly complex, asymmetrical puzzles while uncovering the truth behind the facility, its technology, and the events that brought them there. Communication remains at the heart of the experience. Armed with walkie-talkies and different tools, each player encounters unique clues, perspectives, and mechanics, making clear communication and trust essential for survival and success.

When fate takes an unexpected turn, the two explorers find themselves trapped inside the mysterious facility. With only each other to rely on, they must uncover the facility’s secrets and determine what tomorrow will bring. No two Explorers experience the facility the same way. Trust your partner, communicate via walkie-talkie, and combine your unique perspectives to solve puzzles that defy the rules of time, gravity, and space.

Each of you has a different role to play and a high-tech tool at your disposal. Work together and use your equipment in creative ways to overcome obstacles that neither of you could face alone. Explore Norček Industries and uncover the secrets behind its experiments and missing research team. Journey through a retro-futuristic world brought to life by striking environments and a nostalgic synthwave soundtrack.

We Were Here Tomorrow is set to release in October for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC. Total Mayhem Games will likely provide more specific details in September. At least this game beat Grand Theft Auto VI to the punch since the latter isn’t coming out until mid-November. While that game isn’t a cooperative puzzle game, We Were Here Tomorrow will excel in that area, especially with its synthwave soundtrack.
