Alien: Isolation 2: We’re Not Getting That!

Creative Assembly‘s plans are rolling out, but not in our favor.

On Alien Day, the world’s gaming journalists were getting vibes of a new Alien game; we included: we wrote about how Creative Assembly, the developers of Alien: Isolation, could start working on the sequel after wrapping up Halo Wars 2 for Microsoft. Unfortunately, it isn’t going to happen.

Eurogamer, based on its sources, mentions how Creative Assembly‘s plans do not include a new Alien game. In fact, they say how most employees related to Isolation have left the developer team since the game.

What a shame. The fact that Creative Assembly has shot down the rumors this fast is just disappointing. We won’t hide in the locker to not get caught by the Xenomorph, but we’re going to do it anyway – along with many sites and publications, we fell for the rumor.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
