The Witcher 3 Receives The PlayStation 4 Pro Patch! [VIDEO]

The Polish developers finally delivered the patch, which allows Geralt’s final adventure to get more visual details and better performance on the PlayStation 4 Pro than on the regular PlayStation 4!

The 1.51 patch, which weighs roughly 140 megabytes, contains the PlayStation 4 Pro support. Quoting CD Projekt RED‘s statement (taken from the game’s website):

„The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has just received an upgrade patch, enabling it to take advantage of the additional power offered by the PS4 Pro. When playing the game on a PS4 Pro system, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and all its additional content feature support for 4K resolution and a slight boost to performance.”

Now it’s Microsoft’s turn – previously, we wrote about how CD Projekt RED‘s game will support the Xbox One X as well, but its launch is still roughly a month away. Until then, Sony is at an advantage!
