One console will get preferred over the other.
The publisher’s website mentions that the PlayStation 4 is the chosen platform, as this console is going to get an open beta, which will run from February 23, 6 AM to February 25, 6 AM Eastern. There will be maintenance on both February 23 and 24 from 8 to 10 PM.
In the four-player, team-based ninja battles, we’ll likely be able to control our unique character (albeit with limited customization options), but the Naruto/Sasuke/Sakura/Kakashi quartet will show up in the Versus mode. The beta will offer the online lobby, the single-player tutorial missions, and the 4v4 battles with at least thirty Ninjutsu skills. Good news: you will not need a PlayStation Plus subscription to participate in the beta! Those who buy the game after participating in the beta will get the T-shirts seen in the first image below.
Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker currently only has a „2018” release window on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. (And yet, there’s a beta already… our guess would be Spring.)
