God Of War's New Game+ Mode Arrives In A Couple Of Days!

We finally know when Kratos and Atreus‘ story could be played again on a higher difficulty level.

Sony Interactive Entertainment Santa Monica announced on the PlayStation Blog that after beating God of War on any difficulty level, the New Game+ mode will be available from August 20. What can we expect in NG+?

All of our equipment and skills will be carried over from our previous playthrough, and higher level enemies will await us, and some of them might have „a few new tricks up their sleeves” as well. To keep up with them, collect Skap Slag to craft and upgrade a new rarity level of equipment, exclusive to New Game+. Thus, Kratos (who was initially planned to be fat in the 2018 game!) will get more customisation than before. If you beat the game already, you’ll also get the chance to skip the cinematics, which will shorten the playthrough time, too.

God of War‘s New Game+ mode will be available from August 20 in the form of a free update.
