PlayStation Plus – We quickly hit the end of February, and since this is now the last Wednesday of the month, let’s see what Sony is going to provide the PlayStation Plus-subscribers.

It’s not been easy recently, as they give no more than two PlayStation 4 titles. Sure, they are somewhat tricky by giving us remaster/re-release collections, pushing the total number of games to four or five in return for our PlayStation Plus subscription (which, keep in mind, is necessary to have online multiplayer available on PlayStation 4). Let’s see if Sony is making us disappointed, or we’ll be happy with the March titles…

Time to get surprised, as one of them will be quite surprising, and the other one might divide the players. The first game is the PlayStation 4 remake of Shadow of the Colossus (with which Bluepoint Games has once again prove that they know what to do), and the other game is the newest in its 3D series, namely Sonic Forces.

So Sony has thrown a bigger ball at us, as Shadow of the Colossus already prove in 2005 on the PS2 that it’s an outstanding game, which is why it got a PS3 update along with Ico almost a decade ago. (Both these games, as well as The Last Guardian on PlayStation 4, are creations of Fumito Ueda.) Also, the post mentions that from March 27, PlayStation Plus users can experience the Predator: Hunting Grounds trial, which will also offer cross-play with the PC users.

As usual, the new batch of games will replace the February ones on Tuesday. So in case you haven’t played The Sims 4, BioShock: The Collection (BioShock, BioShock 2, and BioShock Infinite), or Firewall Zero Hour as an extra yet (although this one requires a PlayStation VR to play…), you still have time to pick these up.
