Microsoft‘s subscription service gets more games, and the Bethesda acquisition has results already.

According to their website, the Game Pass gets another big update. On December 11, Morkredd was already added (on console – Xbox Series, Xbox One – Android, and PC, as an indie, ID@Xbox title), but there will be bigger fish than that. On December 15, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition (Android, console) joins the system… but not on PC.

On December 17, the Game Pass gets Among Us (PC, ID@Xbox), Beholder: Complete Edition (Android, console, ID@Xbox), Code Vein (Android, console), The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan (PC), Monster Train (Console, ID@Xbox), MotoGP 20 (Android, console, PC), My Friend Pedro (Android, ID@Xbox), Neoverse (Android, console, ID@Xbox), and Wilmot’s Warehouse (console, PC, ID@Xbox). Microsoft also reminded us about Monster Sanctuary (PC, ID@Xbox) and Phogs! (Android, console, ID@Xbox). However, on December 30, three games will leave the service. They are Farming Simulator 17 (console, PC), Football Manager 2020 (PC), and Mortal Kombat X (console).

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can play these games from the cloud: Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition, Haven, Phogs!. Touch controls are also added to Celeste, and from December 17, Gears 5 and DQ XI S will also receive this function on Android. DLC/game updates are also aplenty: Destiny 2: The Dawning Event (December 15 to January 5), Gears 5: Hivebusters Expansion & Game Of The Year Edition (coming on December 15), Minecraft Community Celebration (until January 8), the Minecraft Dungeons: Howling Peaks DLC and Season Pass are available now with a 10% discount, Forza Horizon 4: Super 7 and Cyberpunk Car Promos are available Now, plus there’s the Sea of Thieves: Free Eyepatch and Ship Set (from December 14).

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perks need to be mentioned: „Don’t forget to claim your Perks by going to the Perks gallery on your Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, or Xbox One consoles, Xbox App on Windows 10 PC, or the Xbox Game Pass mobile app on iOS and Android!”, Microsoft says. There’s also Phantasy Star Online 2 – Episode 6 Update Bonus, too. „As a holiday bonus for December, we are doubling the points you can earn from Ultimate Quests for EA Play and Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S optimized titles. Don’t worry, you can still earn the double points playing on an Xbox One console too!”, Microsoft added.

A big update before Christmas indeed.
