Nvidia has previously revealed what ray tracing will bring: “Ray-traced Global Illumination brings incredible bounced lighting to every area of the world, ray-traced shadows with pixel-perfect detail update accordingly, and ray-traced reflections add dynamic detail to suitably-reflective surfaces throughout The City.” Techland also told WCCFTech that the new consoles (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X) would include ray tracing.

Dying Light 2: Stay Human will launch on February 4 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One; the Nintendo Switch will run it from the cloud.
