Publisher KRAFTON and developer Unknown Worlds Entertainment have announced Moonbreaker, a turn-based tabletop tactical game for PC, which will be available for purchase via Steam.
The game will be released in Early Access on 29 September.
Here’s a taste of what to expect from the developers:
“Moonbreaker is a turn-based strategy tabletop tactical game developed by Unknown Worlds, the company behind the Subnautica series.”
“It’s designed to be a true digital tabletop gaming experience set in an expansive sci-fi universe created by best-selling sci-fi and fantasy author Brandon Sanderson.”
“The game offers a diverse gaming experience for all types of players through accessible turn-based competitive gameplay, continuous content releases and deep customizability.”
We’ll see what all of this comes to fruition at the end of September, but judging by the trailer, we can’t complain about the visuals and atmosphere for now.
