MOVIE NEWS – Most recently, viewers of Top Gun – Maverick could see how beautifully Tom Cruise is aging, or rather he is barely aging. At 60, he looks like someone who stopped time when he was 35. This is not due to botox and other cosmetic procedures – plastic surgeons would analyze that in prime time long ago – but to her lifestyle. Lots of training and an extreme rejuvenating diet.
Okay, but what does Cruise eat? First, it is worth sorting out what is not. In his low-calorie diet, the dishes that send the glycemic index skyrocketing are on the forbidden list: these are collectively called carbohydrates. So nuku sugar, or only very rarely. However, everything that the sea has to offer is possible.
Lobster is first on the list, also grilled. This once looked down upon food, derided in America as “poor man’s food”. has had a dizzying career in the healthy food competition (also in terms of price). It has hardly any calories and zero carbohydrates, but it is full of protein, which is essential for building muscles, and for Cruise this aspect is of primary importance. By the way, all kinds of scallops can be grilled or marinated, and of course a pallet of vegetables a day, raw or also grilled.
If it’s fruit, then of course strawberries, in all quantities. It’s not fattening, but it’s delicious. Other fruits have too much glucose, so they don’t play.
Since Tom Cruise is human, he sometimes indulges in fast food and Italian pasta, partly for indulgence and at social events when he’s still cheesy munching on a bucket of baby carrots in the corner.

Tom Cruise is of course back in top form in the next installment of the Mission: Impossible series (Mission: Impossible: Showdown First Part), in relation to which you already know that it features the most daring stunt in film history.
