If you love South Park, you’ll be happy to hear that a new game is coming out next year that lets you throw snowballs with the characters from the show. South Park: Snow Day will be a 3D cooperative multiplayer game coming to PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch.

South Park: Snow Day will be published by THQ Nordic and developed by Question Games. The studio previously produced games such as The Magic Circle and The Blackout Club. South Park: Snow Day takes place in the world of the series when the Cartmans are given the day off from school due to snowy weather. The game allows four players to play together and choose between Cartman, Stan, Kyle and Kenny. The gameplay seems to be based on real-time combat, rather than the turn-based strategy of previous South Park games. The game also allows you to wear imaginative costumes, such as Cartman’s outfit as the Grand Wizard King.

South Park: Snow Day is expected to be released in 2024, but no exact date has been announced. The game’s announcement was accompanied by a short trailer featuring snowball fights and humorous dialogue. South Park: Snow Day will be the first South Park console game since 2017, when the RPG South Park: The Fractured But Whole was released. Since then, only one mobile RTS game based on the show has been released, South Park: Phone Destroyer.
