We got to see the first fifteen minutes of the PlayStation 4 port of God of War III, thanks to IGN. The question might arise immediately about it: who did Sony make this game for, actually? The answer is simple: this is for those gamers, who never owned a PS3 earlier and want to play some of the earlier (in this example, a 2010) classic/successful games. Although this doesn’t change the fact that it is yet another one of those current-gen ports, which seem to be more and more often recently…
Compared to the PS3 original, Remastered seems to have better lighting, plus the resolution and the anti-aliasing is better as well. The middle of the July isn’t going to be interesting just because of the release of God of War III Remastered (14th for US, 15th for Europe and 17th for UK), but also because of the release of the updated PlayStation 4 model too. If you skipped out on Kratos up to now, maybe this could be a good entry to the franchise – the video isn’t spoiling much, as it’s the first fifteen minutes!
