TECH NEWS – The South Korean company has made a slip on its website, the eagle-eyed have spotted it, and Samsung has acted too late… how many times have we seen this?
The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE will be the cheaper version of the range, offering the best features at a reasonable price. Users are excited about the processor and the display, and so far we don’t know much about this model (including its launch window), Samsung has unwittingly leaked the device itself, which should be well received by default, as the Galaxy S23 FE did not disappoint.
Samsung’s French website has spoken. In a listing on a customer support site, they have listed the model with the code SM-S721B, which is linked to the FE variant, as it also appeared in previous leaks. The site was only active for a short time, but that was enough time for everything the South Korean company listed to hit the Internet, and the release is not that far away. Considering that the phone was previously said to hit stores sometime in the fall, it makes sense that we’re already in the middle of August.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE will be powered by the Exynos 2400 SoC (system-on-a-chip) or Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which will be able to deliver similar performance as the top model. The operating system will most likely be Android 14 with One UI 6.1.1 update. The primary camera will be 50 megapixels and the sensor dimensions could be similar to previous models. The display may be larger than the S23 FE, at 6.65″ (16.89 cm), and will have a smaller bezel to make it more appealing. There will be more colors (yellow, light green, grey, light blue), but Samsung will tell us more about this soon.
Since not everyone wants to go for the most expensive models among the phones, it is understandable that cheaper versions will be made by Samsung or even Apple. The only question is how affordable the price will be.
