Recently we mentioned about how Sony will soon announce that they will have already 20 million PlayStation 4s sold. We didn’t have to wait that much, as according to the latest data, up to March 1, over 20.2 million PS4s were sold worldwide!

This means that the current generation console has the biggest sales growth in the PlayStation franchise, even topping the high sales of the PS2. It looks like that the PS4 will top the 100 million sales towards the end of its life cycle – the console hasn’t even been out on the market for 1.5 years and it already broke the 20 million barrier.
