ASUS Republic Of Gamers Announces Gaming Laptops With 7th-gen Intel Core i7 CPUs

The Republic of Gamers brand plans to rule the gaming market this year, too.

The ROG GX800VH, G701VI, G752VS, as well ROG Strix GL502/702 and GL553/753 gaming laptops will launch with the 7th-gen Intel Core processors. According to an independent marketing research, the ASUS gaming laptops which utilise NVIDIA GTX graphics took first place with a 29-percent share. ASUS goal is to keep this position in 2017 as well. These CPUs not only provide high speed, but also a better performance, and a native 4K UHD resolution.

The ROG GX800VH (GTX 1080 SLI, DRAM) was designed to have as good of a performance as a desktop computer. With the ROG Hydro Overclocking System to cool the Intel Core i7 6820HK processor, up to 64GB of DDR4 memory and dual graphics cards, you’re looking at a beast that is 76% faster than anything else out there (tested with 3DMark 11 and Fire Strike Ultra benchmarks). It’s also plug-and-play compatible with the leading VR headsets. It comes with a MechTAG (Mechanical Tactile Advanced Gaming) keyboard with mechanic buttons, and customizable RGB LED backlights for each key.

The ROG G701VI (GTX 1080, 64GB DRAM) is the world’s first laptop to incorporate a 120Hz display panel with G-SYNC. You will have precise control with 30-key rollover technology on the anti-ghosting backlit keyboard, amazing audio from the same built-in ESS Sabre ES9018K2M Hi-Fi DAC (digital-to-analog converter) as the Maximus VIII Extreme/Assembly and amplifier, and instant access to the all-new ROG Gaming Center, macros and gameplay recording via dedicated hotkeys.

The ROG G752VS (GTX 10 series+64GB DDR4 RAM) OC Edition comes with an unlocked CPU which can be overclocked up to 4.3 GHz. It has a dual copper cooling pipe and ROG 3D Vapor Chamber for high-quality cooling and reliability.

The ROG Strix GL502 and GL702 come with either a GTX 1070 or 1060 GPU. The 15.6-inch GL502 and the 17.3-inch GL702 are light and compact; they can be purchased with ROG gray-orange (Armor Titanium and Plasma Copper) colour schemes as well.

The ROG Strix GL553 and GL753 come with GTX 1050/1050Ti and DirectX 12-support. These laptops have a unique, chiclet keyboard with red backlights on scissor-switch keys. The distance between the keys is 2.5mm. There’s also a larger Space button, separate arrow keys, accentuated WASD keys, and the visuals can be finetuned with RGB lighting throughout four lighting zones.
