Borderlands 3 we have a release date!

Battleborn has gone gold, so Gearbox finished up the main part of development for its upcoming team-based shooter. They tend to work on only one game at a time, which means they can now focus on something else.

That game is probably going to be Borderlands 3 according to an anonymous informer who told this to Gamerbliss. Seeing the success of both Pre-Sequel and Telltale‘s Tales from the Borderlands, making a third numbered entry would make sense. A small team has apparently already started work on the new title. Their last discussion was about weapon customization, although they haven’t decided about the game’s this segment yet.

Gearbox plans to see this game out by the end of 2017, most likely on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Cooperative loot-based shooter-fans, you’ll have to wait until Borderlands returns probably during the autumn of next year.

That doesn’t mean we will be bored – there are a ton of games to play until 2018…

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
