Mafia III won’t be lacking the driving aspect. The previous two installments also had a significant amount of the player sitting in the cars of the current age in history, and because we never went further in time than the 1950s, we never saw cars going around 200mph with perfect controls.
The third Mafia game goes out to the 1960s, but Vietnam War veteran Lincoln Clay will have to take control of different vehicles. As we’re in the sixties, we will see muscle cars as well – you might even find some of them in the trailer below. Of course, the video isn’t about just cars; it also mentions New Bordeaux (New Orleans) as well.
Mafia III will be available from October 7 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Mafia continues to have its console release schedule, as Take-Two had the first game out on PS2/X in 2004, and the sequel on PS3/X360 in 2010, respectively.
