[E3 2016] From Software: Working On Bloodborne 2?

From Software has left Dark Souls behind, but this cannot be said of the PS4-exclusive Bloodborne!

The Japanese team is working on three games at the moment. One of them is a sequel, another one is a reboot, and the third one is a „new, strange license.” This information was shared by Hidetaka Miyazaki, the creator of Dark Souls and Bloodborne in his interview with Japanese publication 4Gamer.

Miyazaki also added that the sequel is going to be an action-RPG. As Dark Souls is out of the picture, it will either be Bloodborne or Demon’s Souls.

Could it be that the sequel is Bloodborne 2, the reboot is for Armored Core, and the new project is virtual reality-related? Time will tell.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)

The sequels will NOT be Bloodborne 2 or Demon Souls 2. Miyazaki has said he is not creating a new DS or Bloodborne game because it’s time to move in a new direction. It won’t be Demon Souls because FromSoftware does not own the rights to it, Sony does. There was a falling out, Sony kept the Demon Souls rights and thus why Dark Souls was created. A little research goes a long way. All of these are easily found facts.
